Technology Tool Overview

This e-portfolio showcases the design evolution through advanced CAD drawings, Revit modeling, and rendering with Enscape. Initial conceptual sketches were developed using Procreate and Photoshop, refining spatial planning with Revit. The project focuses on multi-level organization, plumbing integration, and circulation flow, ensuring a seamless and elegant living experience. Future stages will further enhance realism through high-quality rendering software, delivering a cohesive vision for a sophisticated urban retreat.

CONCEPT DESIGN

To date, the design has progressed to the concept design stage, which includes site analysis, collaboration with structural engineers, plumbers, and other service professionals. I have developed the mood board, gathered inspiration, created a bubble diagram, and compiled the FFE and lighting board, ultimately generating a comprehensive concept design.

Moodboard and Inspiration are generated with InDesign and Photoshop

CONCEPT DRAWING - STAGE B

In Stage B, the concept was translated into precise digital floor plans using CAD and Revit software. This stage included detailed rendered plans and elevations, allowing for a more accurate representation of proportions, lighting, and materiality. 3D views and visualisations were generated to communicate the design more clearly, providing clients and stakeholders with an immersive understanding of the proposed space. This package served as a refined presentation, bridging the gap between concept and final design intent.

CONCEPT DRAWING - STAGE A

Hand-drawn with a fine liner at a 1:50 scale on A2 tracing paper, then digitally rendered using Photoshop and Procreate. The concept drawing package includes Revit-generated existing floor plans and demolition plans, as well as proposed RCP, floor plans, mezzanine plans, and six elevations. Further design development will be carried out based on this foundation.
